Please Note:The ticket price includes parking in the NorthStar Ramp attached to the hotel. Please bring your parking voucher with you to have it validated

Duck Confit Caesar Salad, Pan Seared Duck Breast, polenta and Blackberry Brandy Reduction, Duck Bacon with Orange-Jalapeno Marmalade


Sous Vide Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin Medallions, Beef Demi-Glace, Potato/Cauliflower Puree, Bacon Braised Spinach, Glazed Tri-Colored Carrots.


Flourless Chocolate Torte, Crème Anglais, Peppermint Snow and Macerated Strawberries

You can purchase your tickets online using a major credit card through our secure PayPal website.  Each member can purchase 1 additional guest ticket with the purchase of theirs. Other guests must sign up as a Friend of the ACF/MCC to log in to purchase tickets. Tickets must be Paid in full Before the day of the event!

If you are unable to pay online. You must still register online and select Manual Payment.

Checks received 10 days prior to event will receive a receipt for entrance otherwise they will be available at will call the night of the event.

Dress attire is clean pressed Chef Coat or Cocktail Attire. Former Chef's of the Year please wear your COY medal.
