You can download the application and submit it or the preferred method is registering on line.
You must put down a $100 refundable deposit to hold your spot. Space is limited to the first 9 registrations. You will then be given a code to pay for the testing online or send your checks to Practical Testing5855 Quebec Ave NCrystal, MN 55428-3271.
