Chuck Duberstein Fund
The Chuck Duberstein Fund was established to honor Chef Chuck Duberstein CEC, AAC, a longtime member and one of the patriarchs of the ACF Midwest Chef's Chapter (now known as the ACF Minneapolis Chef's Chapter). Chef Chuck was a true professional, competing in culinary competitions locally, nationally, and around the world. He was also instrumental in mentoring younger culinarians on how to progress in their careers and compete and work at a high level.
CED Endowment Funds – Charles Ellis Duberstein Endowment
This fund was started by Charles’(Chuck’s) family and friends and is endowed after every fundraiser the ACF/MCC is involved with. These funds are to be solely used to help students with hardships and struggles in funding their needs in culinary school for items such as Knifes, Books, Bus pass and other items that the ACF/MCC Boards may approved through need and completeness of the application. Limited to $500.00 per year unless the board finds the need to increase
