To promote the culinary industry through our commitment towards education  (both continuing and professional), certification, competition and charitable works.

Partnering with our sponsors and vendors, our aim is to strengthen our presence within the community and to promote the American Culinary Federation Minneapolis Chef's Chapter  as a group of culinary professionals seeking to enhance the culinary profession for all members.
